Homeneat Ltd Cleaning Services Cancellation Policy
1. If customer cancels between 8-24 hours before the start time of the Job, a cancellation fee of £10 is applicable
2. If the customer cancels the job 8 hours less than the start time the cleaner is assigned for the job, a cancellation fee of £15 is applicable
3. If the cleaner arrives, but the customer is not reachable within 30 minutes and the cleaner cannot access the customer’s property, a cancellation fee of £25 is applicable
